Questions
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your current number. Unanswered calls are forwarded to TaskCircuit, so your customers never see anything change.
What will it say to my customers?
It texts as your business, using your hours, service area and price ranges. It never promises an exact price or appointment time. It tells the customer a technician will confirm.
What about emergencies?
If a caller describes an emergency, like no heat or a gas smell, the text tells them to call your emergency line right away.
Can customers stop the texts?
Yes. Every conversation includes "Reply STOP to opt out," and the texts only go to people who just called you.
What does it cost after the pilot?
